Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
After 30 days from the purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- The item must not be a non-returnable product (see exclusions below)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital products and downloadable software
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Services that have already been fully performed
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition or damaged
- Items missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us at privacy@fraxxul.world and send your item to the address we provide.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is no longer available, we will process a refund instead.
Service Cancellations and Refunds
For services purchased from Fraxxul:
Before Service Commencement
If you cancel a service before we have begun work, you are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or setup fees that may have been incurred.
After Service Commencement
If you cancel a service after we have begun work, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the work already completed. You will be charged for the work performed up to the cancellation date.
Completed Services
Services that have been fully completed are not eligible for refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 14 days of completion, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at privacy@fraxxul.world with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should ship it to the address provided by our customer service team after your return request has been approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
